Last day of nursing home week
The last day of activities included a pageant, pie eating contest, music, dancing, and prizes for art made throughout the week. The final activity was a performance by the staff and residents. The first song performed - "I feel like a woman" - included crossdressing, while the second - "Proud to be an American" included stars and stripes.

Nursing Home Week
I spent a couple of days photographing the western themed activities at Denver North Care Center. I can't explain how wonderful it is to be around these residents; they are amazing people!
