Wide Open Spaces!

Went with Danae to Wray, CO to visit her brother. Finally, an in to small town America! Wray is towards the NE corner of Colorado, close to the three corners where Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska meet.

What is 420's derivation?

According to Wikipedia and Urban dictionary, 420 is not a police code. It came from a group of 1971 high schoolers that loved the reefer. They established a meeting time of 4:20 to smoke marijuana - allowing themselves enough time to complete their sports practices and get to the Louis Pasteur statue that they assembled at. Somehow, the term travelled all the way to the 21st century.

"Smells like freedom"

April 20th, the one day of the year that the police allow, or tolerate, the public use of marijuana. In Denver, the festival was at Civic Center Park, conveniently located across the street from the capital building. The crowd increased exponentially as the clock approached 4:20.
